Business accounts

The business manager is responsible for accurate account information, authorized employee access, secure credentials, and activity performed through the business account.

Trial and subscription

Each eligible new business receives one 14-day trial of the Basic tier without providing a card. The trial does not automatically convert or charge you. A manager may choose a paid plan at any time; paid access and billing begin immediately after the manager completes Stripe checkout. If no plan is purchased, access for the business and its employees pauses when the trial ends. Business records and the marketplace connection are preserved for reactivation for at least 30 days and are not deleted merely because the trial expired.

Acceptable use

You may use the service for lawful inventory, listing, research, fulfillment, and related business operations. You may not misuse marketplace data, scrape services in violation of their rules, bypass access controls, interfere with the service, or use another business's account without authorization.

Marketplace services

Connected marketplaces remain independent services governed by their own terms. Availability of marketplace features depends on their APIs, permissions, data, and approval processes. You remain responsible for reviewing listings, prices, policies, orders, labels, taxes, and shipments.

Data and backups

The service includes synchronization and recovery features, but customers should maintain appropriate business records and verify important imports, listings, and shipments. We are not responsible for losses caused by incorrect customer data, marketplace outages, or unauthorized account access outside our reasonable control.

Service changes and termination

Features may change to improve the product, maintain security, or comply with marketplace and legal requirements. Access may be suspended for nonpayment, unlawful use, security threats, or material violation of these terms.

Disclaimers and liability

The service is provided on an as-available basis. To the extent allowed by law, liability is limited to the amount paid for the service during the three months before the event giving rise to the claim.
